WestView Realty has a good will office fund that collects $2 per REALTOR® every month. In 2005 that resulted in donations during the Christmas season to: Muscular Dystrophy, Inn From the Cold Society, Mitchell Centre for Equine Rescue, Calgary Wildlife Rehabilitation Society, Calgary Inter-Faith Food Bank, Mustard Seed Street Ministry and Adopt a Family.
Darrell Cain, director of training and past president of the Calgary Real Estate Board’s charitable foundation, continues his dedicated commitment as a governor of the foundation.
WestView Realty’s REALTORS® have embraced Kids Help Phone, Canada’s only toll-free, national telephone counseling, referral and Internet service for troubled and abused children and youth.
A REALTOR® pledge-per-deal program that was implemented by MaxWell in 2003 has enabled us to be title sponsor of Kids Help Phone “Designer Showcase” from 2004-2006. Additionally, MaxWell was title sponsor for Calgary’s Kids Help Phone “Homes for the Holidays” in 2005. Our association with Kids Help Phone is exceptionally positive.

The MaxWell Tent
The MaxWell tent is available to MaxWell REALTORS® and offices for community and charitable events. For CHARITABLE events, there is no cost. For COMMUNITY events, the setup cost of $350 is split 50/50 between the booking office/REALTOR® and MaxWell’s Institutional Advertising fund.
